Bradford Cox is one hell of a guy. He already released a great album this year called, “Let The Blind Lead Those Who Can See But Cannot Feel” for Atlas Sound; follows it up by releasing Deerhunter’s “Microcastle” today (which may be near the top of my favorite albums of this year); and accidently uploaded the unmastered, new Atlas Sound album, “Logos” (read deerhuntertheband.blogspot.com for the drama). I’m listening to it right now, and my god, it may be the best of the three. It won’t come out until next spring, but it’s by far some of the best stuff I’ve heard all year. (yes, better than Cut Copy…inside joke)

Recap:
Three albums in less than a year that all are better than 90% of everything else that comes out. Bradford Cox is superhuman.

…to think I wasn’t even a fan until fairly soon.

PS: if you want any of these, I could seen you the links. IM me @ krazywithakyo or email me or comment or whatevs.
